• Wamandaji Classical Singing Competition

This national level competition is held every year. 20-30 contestants take part in this competition.

• Classical Music Appreciation Wokrshop: Immediately after competition this workshop is conducted for the contestants, music lovers & connoisseurs. The workshop is conducted by well-known vocalists & instrumentalists. Live demonstrations by these experts and guidence for students is the main activity of this workshop


• Sangit Mahotsav: The experts who are there for conducting the competition as well as workshop present their performance in this “Mahotsav”. The first prize winner of the competiton also gets the opportunity to perform in this festival.

This triangular activity has resulted in many of the top notch artists conducting the workshop & performing here in Kankavli.
